A settlement issue impacting one of our service providers has caused a delay in normal settlement timing. Expected funding timeframes will be delayed for Payfac eCommerce transactions settled on 6/23/25. The expected funding timeframe of 6/25/25 will be delayed. This does not impact Payfac Core processing.

Teams are working to resolve the issue and expedite funding. A delay of 1 day is anticipated, however; we are working to process funding as soon as possible.
