We have been made aware of an issue impacting a third party service provider which may delay funding for deposits expected tomorrow (9-17-25) for Payfac merchants utilizing the eCommerce Payfac platform. Merchants utilizing the Core platform were not impacted. Teams are working to resolve the issue and funds will be made available as soon as possible.
